We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Also, Thomas is all but immune to cold so the snow does jack to him. He's on a roof because he's *always* on a roof somewhere and he's always lookin' down at everyone else. He's the gargoyle, as it were, of the city.
